Boy, was it HOT HOT HOT when we arrived in Mt. Vernon!! Did I say it was HOT???
Many THANKS to Larry for bringing the tent!! (Yes, THE TENT!) ....and we all huddled
under it like a bunch of Guppies in a goldfish bowl!!!
But......once the sun went down, this turned out to be a great evening for a car show!
Lot's of people came out to view all of the nice Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles.
There was a cruise through the streets of Mt. Vernon, and we even had a live band to
keep us rockin' throughout the evening!. What a GREAT event!!!!

These Misfits made the trip over to downtown Mt. Vernon.

I'm not sure what most of the people in this picture are looking at?
Maybe someone has just spotted the ICE CREAM truck?!?!?!
