2012 Misfits Car Show Huge Success!!
120 vehicles from around the Tri-State filled Leo French Park in Fairfield IL on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to participate in the 15th Annual Wayne County Misfits Car Show!
Although it was a HOT day with abundant sunshine, a large crowd from around the area turned out to view the many wonderful Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles and Tractors that were on display! The Misfits would like to recognize the following 2012 show winners....

Louise & Darrell Win Cardinals/Cubs Tickets!!!
Congratulations go out to Louise & Darrell Abel (formerly of Fairfield and now residing in Puryear Tennessee) as Louise's name was drawn
as the winner of the 2 tickets to the July 22nd baseball game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs!!
The Misfits hope Louise and Darrell have a great time at the ballgame!!
$1400 was raised in this raffle, with all proceeds to go to the Misfits FCC Automotive Scholarship and other area Charities!

Club Makes Donations to Local Charities!!!
The Wayne County Misfits recently gave monetary donations to several local charities. They are....Hope Ministry, Teen Reach, Heritage Woods, Wayne Co. Humane Society, Christmas For Kids, WADI Food Pantry, Fairfield Ministerial Alliance and the Compassion Pregnancy Center. The club also held a food drive at their Christmas party with all donations to benefit the WADI Food Pantry.
F.C.C. Automotive Scholarship Recipient!!!
The Wayne County Misfits sponsor an annual Scholarship to the Frontier Community College Automotive Dept.
This years receipient of the Scholarship is Ben Morgan of Fairfield IL. The Misfits would like to congratulate Ben on winning this Scholarship!!!!
